If you have such a wallpaper on your monitor, you could compliment it with the 3PalmSoft-developed application Lagoon 3D Screensaver.

Think about it like this. When you’re using the computer, you can see that beautiful tropical location by taking a glance at the desktop wallpaper. When you’re not using the computer and the screensaver kicks in, you can continue to look at a beautiful tropical location.

That’s what Lagoon 3D Screensaver displays – a beautiful beach, tropical trees, the sea, the sky, the clouds, the sun shinning. The camera moves around so that you can get a better look at this exotic location. And while the camera moves about you can hear the sound of the waves and you can hear some music. If you press the M key you will mute everything – if you visit the Settings window you can disable the sounds alone, the music alone, or both. You can also adjust the volume.

Installation – at the time of writing this, support is provided for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit editions). During the installation process you can choose between these languages: English, German, French and Russian.

During the installation process you are asked to install the 3Planesoft Screensaver Manager. This manager provides information about your currently installed 3PlaneSoft screensaver and about other screensaver 3PlaneSoft has to offer. The manager allows you to access the settings of all the 3PlaneSoft screensavers installed on your system. It also comes with a feature to automatically change the screensaver after a specific amount of time, or to display a different screensaver each time the computer goes idle. This manager is quite useful if you have more than one 3PlaneSoft screensaver.

Limitations – a nag screen will appear after 90 seconds when using the trial version. To get rid of this nag screen you have to purchase a license.
